- How does the online shop work?
The online shop is an area allowing you to purchase your bus ticket on the Sète Agglopôle Mobilité network.
You can order your bus ticket or top up your card if you already have one.
- To order:
This service allows you to purchase several different bus tickets to suit your needs: return tickets, 10-trip booklets; weekly tickets (valid for 7 days), and Thermalis cards (valid for 21 days)
Follow the instructions and Sète Agglopôle Mobilité will deliver your tickets to your home, within a few days (4 days for processing + postal delays).
Once you’ve received the tickets, you just need to validate them, which will then allow you to travel hassle-free.
- Topping up:
You have a SAM card issued in your name with your photo (the card is issued at the sales outlet) and you would like to top it up without having to personally go anywhere.
Click on “Top up”.
This service enables you to top up your card remotely. To do this, follow the instructions and within a delay of 48 hours or longer, your card will be reloaded. You can then travel hassle-free.
Your topped up subscription will become active on the day of your first validation on board the bus.
Take note, when you top up your bus ticket online, the first time you travel using it on board a bus within the SAM urban network, please wait for a few seconds until you hear a beep, and for the light to turn green.
These few seconds serve to register the new information on your card, and to indicate to the driver that your card has been topped up. For all subsequent travel, you will just have to validate your ticket as you usually do.
- Which bus tickets can be ordered or topped up through the online shop?
The “ordering” service only applies for tickets for ad-hoc travel that do not require any supporting documentation.
You can order one or more bus tickets at the same time, grouped together in a single purchase.
The “top up” service allows you to top up the card issued in your name with your photo (card only issued at a sales outlet) for several different types of ticket:
- Monthly subscription for those younger than 26 years of age: Tintaine Monthly
- Annual subscription for those younger than 26 years of age: Tintaine Annual
- Monthly subscription open to all: Tramontane Monthly
- Annual subscription open to all: Tramontane Annual
You can also top up several cards grouped together under a single payment.
